Game crashing when entering Act 4

I finished Act 3 and when i enter Act 4 the game keeps crashing. i created a new class happened the same. How can i fix this

I had the same issue, but it seemed to work again after I verified the files through Steam.
The stand-alone launcher should have a similar function.` |
