How do I report bulk trade scammers and does GGG do anything about it?

Yeah yeah I know it's my fault but this is BS and there needs to be consequences for guys hiding Divine prices within Exalt bulk trades.

I would attach relevant images to this thread if I knew how.
Is there a community Blacklist I can contribute to at least?

One of them almost got me today for 7 div. It was close. In a rush to buy good T16 maps with good modifiers, I kept losing out to people teleporting in before me. Then this guy lists heaps of good ones at once for only 1ex each. So I started buying as many as a could before others showed up... luckily I was looking at the prices and caught the hidden 7 div map. It wouldve been so easy to accidentally buy it though... maybe in future GGG will make it so you can only buy instantly with the currency you hand in your character inventory - not in your stash.
