Elemental Storm missing from Gemcutting menu

When creating a new support gem, Elemental Storm is not listed among my skills on the left hand window pane. Yes, I know the window scrolls, yes I am specced into Elemental Storm. It just doesn't show up on the gemcutting menu.

Have this too when I right click a support gem.
Happens when I have only a weapon for weapon set one equipped and Elemental Storm has no support gems.
As soon as I have a weapon in weapon set two or Elemental Storm has a support gem, it shows up.
