Tactician-Cannons Ready- NEEDS a change

This ability is great on the surface, but by god is the last part of it clunky as all hell. Only attacks when you attack? Why would I want that... Either I am running a totem build, or I am not.... If I am not, then I am attacking. If I am, my totems are attacking and I am using things like explosive shot to detonate the grenades etc. It just feels horrible. Get rid of that line, and this is a great skill, but at the present moment it isnt worth taking, which is sad because it is a great +1 Totem gain, and the Nodes past it are great too, but not worth the points at the moment.

This makes Tactician actually a worse Totem user than Warbringer.... Fix this line, and they will be equal for separate reasons.
