Massive Improvement for Ease of Trade!

In the trading screen, when an item type is selected, the stat filters should become so that only modifiers that show up are the ones that are available on that item type. It’s intimidating to navigate the huge list of modifiers! A further improvement would be so that the most commonly sought modifiers on that item type are prioritized.
