Problems With New Trade System

1. Can't fully utilize it until after reaching act 4
2. Transaction history doesn't exist
3. The buyer pays the full gold fee (This should be on the seller imo or at least split 50/50, buyer pays 50% and seller pays 50%
4. Can't access personal shop while in guild hideout

I love the addition of the new system, but it feels half-assed honestly. This system should have been implemented well over a decade ago in PoE1, and the current system just feels like a band aid to a decade old problem
