0.3.0 got worse performance

I upgraded my pc, now I have an Intel i5-12400F 2.5Ghz, with a M2 and 32gb of ram. My gpu is a little old, a Radeon RX-580 8gb. But somehow, the game was more stable with my 6th gen, in 0.2.0. Now every cold explosion or abyss spawn lowers my fps to 10 or less. And this is not even in a map, only in story mode.

I tried other games and ZERO problems, they run smooth in max setting. In PoE 2, everything is in low settings and still...

My pc is fine, everything is up to date and well functioning. I would like to hear a valid solution for this. I see is a constant complain in this forum and that the game is in beta but please, we need more stable particles or wathever the game is doing bad.
