THE GAME IS BROKEN I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO PROGRES\ FOR DAYS NOW!!! still no response

i cant progress in the game. everytime i try to enter the solitary confinement in the abandoned prison my game cuts off. its been days now i havent beem able to progress in the game. how can you sale a game that is unplayable and not repsond to that customer.
