Controller - Quality is not viewable with controller on Sigil of Power

Hello,

I don't know how this is possible: If I play my Char with M&K I hover over my Sigil of Power I can see Quality 20% and radius up to 0.8m.
If I play it with controller I can't see Quality and the radius is still 0.

Also I can't put Skill gems with controller in Cast on *** Spirit Gems. It it is not possible to choose a slot. Fix this please!!!!

So please fix this controller control problem. also for the UI in the Atlas Map, for the Bookmark function, not possible to reach it with controller without mouse and keyboard.
