Charms UI not showing while using Controller on PC

Hello,

While using controller on a PC with console UI activated the charms are not showing next to the mana bar. They are showing only on PS5/Xbox and PC with keyboard and mouse but not on PC with controller. It should follow the same UI as PS5/Xbox.
