POE II Account locked days after playing for 3h
hi this is new account i made to do the post
my steam account is got locked 1 day after i brought the game and played for 3h ive try contact the support but they responded so slow(every 3-4 hour after i reply thier email) and then now no respond after halfday, should i just refund the game instead? yes like i said above they initially reply to me every 3-4 hour .. but now ive waited for half day with no update. which not make sense for newly brought game and already got locked..

maybe i should just refund the game to steam if its not resolve in next day? actually i enjoyed the gameplay so far but its just not makesense after paying 60$ i only able to play it for 3h and got locked out

Account unlock requests starts fast with initial inquiries that can be handled by junior staff and then go extremely slow once the preliminaries are done and it needs to be handled by someone at a senior level (this part of support doesn't appear to have expanded since POE2 launched and swamped all parts of the support system).
I haven't seen any recent complaints from people who've waited a long time to have a more detailed estimate (and suspect it might vary depending on what triggered the locking) but suspect based on account recovery (ie lost password or lost email associated with a GGG account) has had month+ turn arounds between messages sent by senior staff reported earlier in the year. IF you want your money back fast you can do so via steam. That will turn whatever your current account lock is into a permaban. I don't know if that would impact any other POE accounts (ie POE1 or POE1/2 console) linked to your steam profile if you have them. I believe you'd still be free to create a new account directly with GGG or via Epic afterwards if you weren't too unhappy to try again. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |

(And since late spring/early summer GGG has caught up on things that don't need senior staff.) Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
