(not true, im blind) Warlords mark does not grant rage on stun

With ruthless support or without, warlords mark does not grant rage on stun, even when enemy is stunned for longer than 0,7 seconds I belive (the circle above enemy is displayed that indicates long stun)

Rage no longer apperars in left corner, so I am dumbass
