Feedback on spectres

In their current state, spectres are fine but not as exciting to play as I was hoping, and overall don't fullfill the power fantasy of running an army.

- Many are just useless or not fun to use, and too few scale well to endgame despite the buffs; stats and behaviours that works well as an enemy mob often doesn't translate into working well for a minion

- It's inconvenient to use or build multi-ability spectres because there's no way to command / control / limit what ability/ies they use

- It's not fun to have very little interactions with spectres, for example:
1) the removed rare enemy with haste aura was fun to use + an interesting way to work around the lack of high movement speed when using bones of ullr
2) having no skills that interact/make use of specters like offerings or making use of their corpses

- Allowing huntress to get rare monsters with modifiers + a mount, but not having similar abilities as a minion commander, is pretty underwhelming

- Spectres feel often too expensive in spirit; sources of spirit / reservation reduction are few / limiting / come with too big tradeoffs or build incompatibilities. overall it feels like you can't really build an army as big or as powerful as you'd want it to be
