Game lacks Adrenaline (not a bash attempt)

I love POE, the latest update is very inspiring, please don't twist my feedback attempt.

I'm playing today trying to figure out what all this hard work is missing and it dawned on me and I never really have that real crazy time adrenaline playing, aside from those moments of trying to avoid a cheap death (not where I blatantly make a mistake). Irritation tedious slow and slower with even more slowing affixes are well covered, I think and agree it's a fundamental part of the game that makes you want to improve your character, but that doesn't mean it's fun. There's never that wild ride where my mouth is unknowingly open and I'm 100% engaged aside from a few blip moments here and there.

For instance, there has to be a way to incorporate adrenaline into the campaign, it's a work of art, literally masterfully done, yet I don't think I can endure an alt because it sounds plain awful to endure again. There has to be a way to make it more fun and I think adrenaline is the measurement somehow.

This reads terribly negative, it's not meant to, there's a positive feedback suggestion I'm trying to relay, adrenaline is the closest I can think of to categorize it. Sure the game's not finished, which is exciting, but there's more than enough content to address it. Last example, if you throw in temporal chains and chilled ground you have unbearably slow covered, there should be also some POE is on crack.

Since I'm sure some will disagree - it's just my opinion, but I think it speaks for many.
