How do I interact with doors and chest, Items ?

I swapped to WASD and have 2 spells now on my left and right click.

I cant open a single door.
I cant Open a single chest
I cant pick up items.

Is it really impossible to make the left click interact with the world when using WASD in combination of having a spell on it?

Apparently it works if i Leave Move only on the left click while having WASD. But what's the point then of it if I cant use left click for spells ?

I think in PoE1 Left click was usable as a Move + use spell + Interact with world button. It was one of the best QoL things in it until it was removed coz apparently it was too much QoL.

I tried now for a good while...

It seems that i cant have "Use" bound to middle mouse. Nor does it work on Right or left click if there is a spell on it. It also does not work on Q E R T F.

Fount the issue !!

I had the spells checked as Always Attack Without Moving before swapping to WASD. This prevented me from opening or picking up stuff even if i was right on top of it.
