Inscribed Ultimatum

Just failed an Inscribed Ultimatum.

Purchased a few more from trade and an unable to start it. I see "an operation cannot be completed." I tried to buy a different one.

If it matters, I failed a level 80 and trying 77s. Also tried logging out and returning to hideout.

I've had this happen before but it was when the game crashed or I disconnected, the instance was actually still open and you had to hold ctrl down when click to go into the zone to bring up that window that shows active instance or asks if you wanna start a new one. Maybe something similar is happening here and the old instance is still open
