Lost 2 of my toons....

I was running maps and game put me back at main menu at the same point on both toons and now it wont let me reconnect with either my sorc or warrior that are currently in a t2 map. how do i get my toons back? i have spent alot of time in game this league and now they are gone because of game issues?

all the game says is "an unexpected disconnection occurred"
