+5% lightning resist tattoo item gave me -5% lightning resist instead...

lightning tattoo of tawhoa used at 75 (100) resistance for lightning
and it became (95) instead.
so the lightning tattoo actually lowered my resistance, now 64(64) unlike my previous 75 (75) capped(uncapped) once I went into endgame T15 gates.
This seems like a bug? Needs Fix
