Game crashing and stuttering issue

Hey,

Looking for any actual solutions or tips for POE2 constantly stuttering and crashing. The game crashes from Steam Launch before I get to log in screen most of the time. The few times I can actually log in and load my character as soon as I get going the screen turns black with 2 grinding gears in the screen then crashes.

My system:
AMD 9800X3D
RTX 3080
64 gb memory


What I have tried:
Uninstalling, reinstalling from M.2 and SDD drives
Setting Shadow Cache size to 100gb and unlimited in nvidia settings
All options for directx and vulken

When I can actually get it, lowering all graphics settings and turning off dynamic resolution/culling/v sync/ triple buffering etc. Engine multithread is always turned on.


At this point the game is just unplayable for me. I was able to get to Act 2 day one with crashing, freezing, and stuttering but now I cant even load into the game. I have searched google for possible fixes etc last few days. I highly doubt its my hardware as no other game, including POE 1, has any issues at all running on max settings etc. I just dont get it at this point and was hopeful someone here had similar issue and found a fix.
