Weird Death, what happened?

Normally im fine during mapping. As titan i have all resis capped, max block, 75% phys reduction on lvl 90 and some armour applies to elemental damage.

But this death suprised me, cant tell what exactly happend. Was it something from Abyss?
It looks like i died in the air.

I keep dying too due to full health when I enter the abyss. The Scythe guy once he attack u seemed to kill anyone instantly:(

There was once when I enter the abyss and the next instance, I saw that guy and was dead.

That is whhen I will never enter the abyss ever again.

one unfortunate thing about leap slam is your character's animation is in the air but things still hit you as if you're moving along the ground. looks like there was some explosion that got you but i couldnt tell you what it's from.

cant really understand why people complain about not seeing what killed them yet play with an overlay that makes clarity worse.

anyway sorry no idea what happened, its the vision i guess

Im normally pretty good at figuring out exactly what it was that killed me but sometimes my dude will just die out of the blue. I was standing still in an open field one time, no enemys around, and after a few seconds I exploded.
I wonder if theres a graphical glitch or something? you know those slow moving orbs enemys shoot out? Its like one of those didnt load its graphics properly or something so I had a slow moving, invisible, blob of death chasing me and I didnt even know.
