Stash tab sale delayed?

As most of us know, there are stash tabs on sale in the MX-store on a 3-week rotation. The last one ended august 5th, meaning a new round would usually start september 5th. In the past, the sales has been delayed due to the release of a new league, which is the case now. So since the 5th have come and gone without the sale, I was wondering if anyone knows if the release of a league 'resets' the rotation or if there is any other logic. A reset could mean that the next sale is multiple weeks away (seeing 0.3.0 launched 1 week ago).

Reason I ask, is that I came back to the game after 0.1.0 and since then merchant-, map-, socketable- and ritual-tabs have been added. I was hoping to pick them up on this weeks sale, but alas... no sale.

So does anyone know how this workded in the past with league-releases?
