Account Locked

Hello,

I created this temporary account to follow up on my original account issue.

On 08/29/25, I tried to log into Path of Exile 2 (0.3) and discovered that my account was locked. I have never done anything wrong with my account.

I followed the support protocol and sent an email with my account details. The response I received stated that my account was locked because I purchased the Standard Early Access pack and then requested a refund.

However, I only refunded the Standard version in order to purchase a more expensive version of the game. I’ve played every POE2 season up until now, and it doesn’t make sense that my account would only now be locked for this reason.

I replied to your email asking how I should proceed to have my account unlocked, but it has been 6 days without a response.

In the meantime, because I simply want to play the game, I purchased the Standard Early Access pack again on Steam and sent proof of purchase in a follow-up email. Despite this, my account is still locked.

Could you please help me resolve this and restore access to my account?

As I mentioned, I already reached out to support@grindinggear.com, but it’s been 6 days and I haven’t heard back from anyone yet.
This is solved now.

My account has been recovered.
