Currency Exchange Orders Stuck in Standard (Can't Collect)

Hi, I have an issue with the currency exchange in Standard.

I still have 3 completed orders left to collect, but I can’t retrieve them because I don’t have any high-level characters in Standard, always delete when the league finish. I tried creating a new character and going to the hideout to pick them up, but it doesn’t work.

Now I have 3 slots blocked that I can’t use for new exchange orders in the new league.

Is there any way to ask support (maybe via ticket) to remove or clear them? Or is the only solution to level up another character in Standard just to access them?
