Best build for melting bosses? (Not Deadeye)

Preferably not too expensive.
I already play warrior, so maybe something else.

Any class with lighting rod

Obviously amazon. Amazon can scale damage far beyond deadeye with very similar LA build.

Falling Thunder monk, run Lingering Illusion and dodge to gain power charges then spend them all at once and watch chunks fly off that health bar. Frag Rounds on merc seems decent as well just run a bow in the secondary slot and use Escape Shot to freeze them for the damage bonus to frozen.
