SKIN TRANSFER MICROTRANSACTION IS STILL BUGGED/USABLE IN POE 2!! CAN SOMEONE FIX IT?!

I’ve been contacting GGG on this issue since the launch of the new league and there hasn’t been so much as addressed. This is bad business at this point. GGG’s currently selling a miscrotransactions in the Poe 2 shop that aren’t usable. Can someone please look into this immediately? Thanks in advance.

This the same automated message I received in my emails. Like I stated in another thread, It seems like only streamers get speedy responses from GGG. I paid for something that isn’t even usable in the game and all of you are clearly brushing this off. This isn’t right at all.

I have the same issue. All it get is a "the two items must be the same type"... which they are (sceptre --> sceptre, shield --> shield). I'm also annoyed as it's a purchase that does not work at all. Hope they fix this soon. Let me know if they respond to you, I already have a ticket in about something else and wondering if I should make a ticket about this.
