Major Issues With Account After Purchasing Supporter Pack

How long does it take for GGG support to respond to tickets? It's been 5 days since I bought a large supporter pack and I'm having issues with my account.

Hello, I somehow have two accounts linked to my Steam account.
I have purchased supporter packs and MTX on one, and the supporter pack I purchased for POE2 went to the other. The game is basically unplayable without the tabs I purchased on the POE1 account and I don't want to have to re-buy the same tabs I bought there. This is a frustrating and confusing experience. I would appreciate assistance on this as soon as possible. If I'm forced to purchase duplicate tabs, can support refund them after the issue gets sorted? |
