Special bioms bosses

Hi

How the fk you supose to get acces to these bosses.. I have 95 and 80 lvl characters, still could not figure out.
WTF GGG?????????????????????????????????????
maps around completed, still wouldnt let me in half of them, some have map sitting on the hill with no access to it.
who TH created these to be so fkn stupid??????
