DEFY2 support gem does Not Work with Resonating Shield While Surrounded

Hello,

I would like to report a possible bug I discovered while playing Path of Exile 2.

When a character is Surrounded, skills linked with the 'DEFY2' Support gem can still be used even without any mana, as expected. However, the skill Resonating Shield does not work under the same conditions, even when it is linked with DEFY2 Support and the character is Surrounded.

This seems inconsistent with how Defiance Support is described, since the gem does not mention any exception for channeling skills. I suspect this may be a bug related to Resonating Shield’s channeling mechanic.

Could you please check if this is an oversight or an intended restriction?
