premium stash tabs to market tabs

I upgraded my premium stash tabs which were previous upgraded normal tabs. They are now remove only. Who do I contact to fix this so I can sell things on the market

That's working as intended.
Assuming you're talking about PoE 2, talk to Ange in Act 4 to use the new system. If you haven't already, invite her to your Hideout. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Hey there, you can find more information regarding Merchant's Tabs here:
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3828185 If you upgraded your Premium Stash Tabs to Merchant's Tabs, these can be found by talking to Ange (Act 4.) If you had any contents in your tabs prior to the upgrade, these will be available as Remove-Only Tabs so you can retrieve your stuff. Need help with anything?
