Blasphemy is not working properly

Blasphemy is not working on weapons in the I slot. It only works on the weapons in the II slot.

It's a different issue because the aura wouldn't even come on.

It should require certain weapon type. If your weapon type is not caster weapons it will probably not work. Next thing you tell me is probably you want caster weapons to work with Wind Dancer/Gale Force... LOOOOL
I understand restrictions are bad, but do you realize how boring the game will become for softcore traders after day 2, if there are no limitations? HC SSF. What else? Ruthless when?
