Is there a way to toggle advanced item info on and off?

You can see the advanced item info by holding down the right thumb stick but is there any way to toggle it so it stays on? Pre 0.3 you could hold down thumb stick and press up on the dpad and that would work, but not anymore. Seems like such a simple thing to add.

it is hold right thumbstick down and press down on dpad and it still works
