Upgraded to merchant tab now my stash tab is gone

I just upgraded my premium stash tab to merchant's tab in my account, it converted it to remove only stash tab, so I removed the items from there thinking it will convert to a merchants tab. Now my stash tab is completely gone, but in my account, it still states that I have a merchant's tab available. Please help.

Your Merchant Tabs are not located in your stash. Speak to Ange after completing her quest in order to view and manage your Merchant Tabs!

i also did this but when i talk to Ange all i have is select hideout and currency exchange, no quest or anything either (already completed act 4).
