My premium stashtab can't be converted to a merchants stash tab

My Premium stash tab that i purchased before the release of the third edict shows as not eligible when i go to convert it, does anyone else have the same problem?

As mentioned on the page, this option is unable to be used on upgrades to the initial four Stash Tabs on an account. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
