pain offering not working

its been 3rd day i cant get the pain offering to work...i cast on corpses and it takes my mana but no spikes show up and minions dont get buff (took all the gems out and tried to lv it up too but nothing works)

Read the skill; you need to use it on a skeleton minion, not a corpse.
