Does anyone know if/when the Socketable Tab will be purchasable again?

I happened upon a creator's video, and he showed a "Socketable Tab" in his collection and I was confused as I hadn't seen it mentioned in the stash tab section. I was wondering if there was a specific reason that it was hidden or is I was supposed to look for something that was other than a "Socketable tab" and purchase that?

This is currently available here or through the in-game shop in Path of Exile 2. I hope this helps!
