Can't upgrade Premium Tabs to Merchant Tabs

I have 3 Premium Tabs but they don't show up in the Eligible Premium Tabs section. Is the 0.3b update already released? I upgraded them in December when I bought the game if I remember correctly.

As mentioned on the page, this option is unable to be used on upgrades to the initial four Stash Tabs on an account. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
