Lost Access to My Path of Exile 2 Pack

I purchased a Path of Exile 2 supporter pack / in-game purchase via Steam about 9 months ago. Everything was working fine, but now I no longer have access to the content I paid for.

Could you please help me restore my access?

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
