Help to rescue my account
Someone changed my account's email and password on the GGG website and then stole 1,000 points I had. I contacted GGG because I still had access to the account through STEAM and needed help to change the email and password the hacker was using. My account was then locked, and support stopped responding to me; they only told me to change the email and password. I created this new account to try to get in touch and recover access to my account.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

My account was blocked by support more than ten days ago. I've already contacted them by email and through the forum, but I've never received a response!

I've sent over thirty emails... never received a response!!!
Email support is BAD. It takes ten days to unlock an account blocked due to a voicemail error! |
