Golden Charm, fixed yet?

I know golden charm (+15% rarity on rare kill) didn't work correctly on launch where the kill that triggered it wouldnt get the 15% rarity on that kill.
Has it been fixed yet does anyone know? Last bumped on Sep 12, 2025, 5:21:00 PM

Is there any information on this one? I know that patch 0.2.0f fixed some charm stuff, but is it known already if the golden works now for the rare kill itself?
