GGG - happy to steal your money
Hi,
Just wanted to leave this story here for the rest to see. I purchased POE 2 EA months ago. I have two accounts on PS5, purchased on one, for whetever reason was playing on the 2nd one, purschased all my stashtabs on the 2nd one as well. Now they blocked the second one - fine, I understand that you don't want people to play on multiple accounts. But they blocked it and don't want to move anything to the primary one - the things I paid for. Here is the last mail from me to the support (before I was asking for any kind of help with switching account or moving purchased items). My message: "So let me get this straight: you seriously let me pay you for staff, now block them, and just say "pay us again for the same thing to have access to your staff"? Wow, way to go ggg.. Bravo." GGG response: "Hey there, Thank you for your feedback." Congrats GGG on the great way of treating your customers who paid for your products and was just seeking for some reasonable way to solve your brilliant move of just suddenly blocking secondary accounts without any warning and possibility to move characters and stashtabs. Well done. Last bumped on Sep 5, 2025, 3:37:33 PM

GGG with the generic automated responses, shows how much they don't care... Been asking for help to unlink my account for weeks now... Like wtf is wrong with these ppl

In my humble opinion GGG does not really care about us - customers. I say this in the most respectful way (as my 2 previous posts were removed). They didn't try to find a solution, just pasted generic answer. In my opinion it is not a nice way to communicate with people why paid for your product. Is this hateful comment too?
