Can't list lineage support with the merchant - Uruk's Smelting

Nothing happens when I press Y on the lineage support gem to list it in my merchant's tab. I can list other items and other types of gems. I play on the xbox series X.

you can use currency exchange for this. I think this is happening to certain items especially unique items. I had the new amulet released and it won't stash anywhere automatically so had to manually stash into a normal tab by picking it up.
