Guild hideout from MTX reset everyday

I have bought both Twisted hideout and Monolith hideout, If I set the guild default hideout as any of this 2. It will reset it daily as it is not set, so when a guild member travel to guild hide, it will prompt no guild hideout was selected.
However, if I set the guild hideout to those not MTX one, like the Felled hideout, it works perfectly fine.
Additionally, both Twisted hideout and Monolith hideout, if I open a waystone from the map device, It won't use my portal skin, instead it uses the default blue color one.
So I guess this 2 guild hideout have some kind of bug.

I am experiencing the same issue with the Vastiri Racecourse Hideout, which is from a supporter pack. I have to manually select a guild hideout when I log in. The portal microtransactions work; however, they open on different sides of the map device.

The error message I receive is "This player has no Hideout in this league."

I just bought the Hourglass Guild Hideout and its also happening. I have to go in and swap/reselect once or twice every day since. Its really frustrating, especially since its a cash item. Support says they can't even refund me back the shop points directly, it'll go in the guild bank. (I'm the guild leader and all of the points came from me.)

I'm extremely disappointed. Why even let us buy something that's been broken for what seems like months now? Will this ever get fixed?
