MTX from PoE1

There seem to be more new designs coming to PoE2 store in every update. I wonder if the GGG dropped the idea of integrating poe mtx to the poe2.

I suspect they will keep their original promise of having all your POE 1 MTX in POE 2, but they will do it only when the game exits early access.

They are probably doing the standard industry shenanigans: make new shiny things for the newcomers, and keep the old whales impatient enough so they will cave and buy the newer stuff......and in the end enable all the old ones as a way to say "See?.....we did what we said".

I suspect they will give up, change the currency between games and award you currency for poe2 only for anything you spent that only works in poe1 to buy new stuff. They could do it now and allow you to buy anything they decide to port over in the future if you already owned it in poe1.

The more likely scenario is that they just don't port it for a few more years if at all since there will always be something higher priority for the majority of the player base.

GGG also promised (years ago) to create 3D assets for all the existing Unique items. No time frame was mentioned, so, technically, they didn't lie. ='[.]'=
