Stuck in Qimah

so im currently in interlude 2, and I cant move to the next area. Im in Qimah and got to the point where you then move onto the next area, Qimah Reservoir - the NPC was here to open the next area, but I ran off to get the pillar buff and came back to be stuck here.
Ive reset the instance, restarted the game, even did the entirety of interlude 3 and came back to clear the area again, but i cant move on - is there a way of resetting a quest? Quit the game.
When re-entering, hold down the Ctrl button as you click to enter the game on that character. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

Same thing happened to me.
Talk to the guy to open the door. Ran back to get the pillar buff. Died on the way back. Now when I get to the door it's open but I cannot go through it. I tried to create a new instance and restarting the game. But i'm still softlock. https://imgur.com/a/CGLxmUN I'm in softcore trade. |

Stuck there as well. Resetting the instance does not seem to work
