Currency deployed on wrong account. Account linking went horribly wrong. Sadly no help from support.

I contacted the Support more than 3 Times and didnt receive any help.
I really want to Play this Game, but all thr confusions with currency and Account linking Stop me playing the Game and investing Money in it.

I want to share my Problems and the Mail i sent to the Support Here so i may get some Help:

Dear Support Team,

I need your help with my Path of Exile accounts, because I am very confused about how they are currently set up.


Greeting,
1. I have always played Path of Exile 1 on Steam.


2. I purchased Path of Exile 2 on both Xbox and PlayStation 5.


3. For both purchases (Xbox and PlayStation), I did not receive the in-game currency that was advertised as part of the purchase.


4. I linked all three accounts (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation), but I do not understand which one is now considered my main account.


5. Each account shows a different set of microtransactions, which makes everything very confusing.


6. My goal is to play only on PlayStation 5 in the future, and I would like all of my purchases and content (microtransactions and currency) to be consolidated there.


7. On PlayStation, the launcher even lets me access all three accounts, which adds to my confusion.



My requests:

Could you please check why I did not receive the promised currency on Xbox and PlayStation?

Could you please help me to organize or merge my accounts so that I can use only my PlayStation 5 account going forward, without losing any microtransactions?

Thank you for the message. I am afraid that purchases made on the PC/Xbox are not able to be used on the PlayStation version of the game or vice versa.

Sadly the answer which appeared 2 minutes after i sent the Last Mail ( for my Last Mails i waited more than 3 weeks ) didnt Adresse ANY of my Problems.

That still leaves a Lot of Questions unanswered.

I disnt receive my currency for buying the Poe 2 Beta on Playstation and i am still confused what happend to my Accounts. I dont know whats my main Account and which one i am suppossed to use.
