Twitch Drops receive issue

Hello there,

I linked my twitch account to receive drops but there are few drops I already had still in this twitch account are not been collected and now the page says ' You may only purchase this microtransaction once.' and gives is error code:4d9e86e1353ef232e5336d19f67e7c0f.

May I only receive the drops I don't have in game and ignore the drops I had.
