The Salvage Bench is missing from Khari Bazzar

The Salvage Bench is either missing or not showing up in Khari Bazzar. Please fix this, as it makes questing in this region miserable.

Reforge bench is also missing. Really not sure why this ONE town is missing both of them, but because it is both seems to be a design choice for some reason

Yea, this is incredibly annoying, having to portal to there just to then teleport to the refuge is so tedious.
