My Reforging Bench is missing

Hello, everyone. In the current season, I created a character in SSF (Solo Self-Found). After clearing the storyline, I merged this character from the SSF server to the regular season server. However, after that, the Reforging Bench function—unlocked by completing the task in Chapter 3—disappeared. I even replayed the side quest required to unlock this function, but still couldn’t get it back. Now I can’t find the Reforging Bench in the function list at all. I’ve sent an email to support, but they weren’t able to resolve the issue either. They suggested I come here to seek help.
