Been trying to do a 50pt transfer for almost a week

I'm going on day 6 of trying to transfer 50 of my points to a friend i'm playing with in my email exchange with support and it's still not done. I've already verified my and her characters/payment info/accounts etc. I have no idea why it's taking this long, I just wanted to buy her a mystery box.

Like I said its been almost a week, and I get that people are busy but I already verified and had replies from them but no transfer yet. If someone wants to review I can verify the email chain in DM if you can't find me by my account name.
