2 users 1 console

So I bought poe2 for both my pc and console so I could swap between the two. My wife just started showing interest in D4 so I wanted to get her over to try out PoE2.

She doesn't want to play couch co-op on my account she wants to play under her own user name while I play on pc. Whenever I try to log in with her user name it gives me the prompt that her account doesn't have access to PoE2 early access.

Is it possible for her to play under a different user name, on a different account on the same Playstation I already linked my game to? We were able to do it no problem in D4.

For her to play using her own account she would need to buy her own Early Access license.

Alternatively, you could wait and try to get her interested when the game leaves EA and is Free-to-Play.

Really! This worked before Free Weekend Access.

My brother can't play the game he purchased on the console anymore.

It works this way with all PS games... you buy them to be able to play on the console... it should be working so he can play with another account! Which was working, but after Free Weekend Access it blocked it.
I'm a PC player and don't recall the specifics, but do remember at least on prior update GGG did removing access some players had due to console sharing features defaulting to be more generous than GGG wanted them to be.

My vague recollection was that it was the EA purchase only working for a single account on their end.

If that's what got you, I'm surprised that they didn't leave the cleanup/door closer running continuously instead of appearing to belatedly act again after the free weekend.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
